This quaint villa with a sea-view is the newest enterprise by Anees Tanveer and Sanaa Mariam, as an extension of the staycation services rendered at Asmaarah Villa, on the scenic East Coast Road.
Nur villa, as the name suggests, is the “Divine Light” found in the beautiful colours of the sea at sunrise and sunset.
The uniquely designed steeple construction of the villa brings a European touch to our Chennai home. The glass walls make a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors as the nature and sea lap around our property, letting the ocean breeze and horizon’s shine sweep into the ambience of our home.

A spacious hall ideal for lounging, partying and relaxing with family. Two bedrooms with a garden and an ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen to rustle up quick meals, coffees and teas, alongside a family dining area. Two attached bathrooms, with one being open to nature. We also have indoor and outdoor games for family and friends to enjoy in the day and night times. A spacious lawn and garden to host events, parties and get- togethers. A patio opening from the hall gives a garden view thereby providing a relaxing time with friends and family. The sea is 2 min walk from our villa where you can enjoy sunrise and sunsets.
